Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
For orders that qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost incurred by Serendib Aura may be deducted from the refund amount.
