Thank you for shopping with Serendib Aura. We are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

During peak seasons, promotional periods, or high-volume times (including Sinhala & Tamil New Year), processing times may be slightly extended.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on destination:

  • Canada: 2-12 business days
  • United States: 7–12 business days
  • International: 10–15 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or seasonal demand.

Shipping Fees

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Select regions may qualify for free shipping promotions, which will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Free Shipping Orders

If an order that qualified for free shipping is returned, the original shipping cost incurred by Serendib Aura may be deducted from the refund amount.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Serendib Aura is not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.

If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee carrier resolution outcomes.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and respond promptly.
