EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • Tags must be attached
  • Items must be returned in original condition and packaging
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery

These conditions apply to both refunds and exchange requests.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refunds apply to the product price only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

For orders that qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost incurred by Serendib Aura may be deducted from the refund amount.

This includes:

  • Original shipping charges
  • Return shipping costs

Shipping is a service that has already been used and therefore cannot be refunded.

Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct product swaps.

If you would like a different size or style:

  1. Return the original item in accordance with our policy
  2. Place a new order for the item you prefer

This ensures faster processing and accurate inventory availability.

Return Shipping Requirements

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • All returns must be sent using tracked shipping
  • Serendib Aura is not responsible for parcels lost in transit
  • Refunds cannot be issued for items that are not received

  • International customers are responsible for any return shipping costs, duties, or customs charges

We strongly recommend keeping your tracking number until your return has been completed.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund or exchange:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Limited releases
  • Custom or altered items
  • Items returned after the 14-day window

Seasonal Final Sale – Sinhala & Tamil New Year

Orders placed between April 5th and April 20th are considered final sale. Due to the time-sensitive nature of Sinhala & Tamil New Year purchases, these orders are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
